Waves of Ettalong – Cancellation Policy

At Waves of Ettalong, we understand that life can be very unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and run our business efficiently, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. 

Cancellation Terms:

• 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to other clients.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost. 
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may also be charged the full service fee.

Health & Safety Notice:

At Waves of Ettalong, the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our top priority.

If you are feeling unwell, showing symptoms of a cold, flu, or any other illness, we kindly ask that you wear a mask during your visit.

If you are too unwell to attend, please take advantage of our 24-hour cancellation policy and reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to find another time for you once you’re feeling better.

Late Arrival Policy:

We understand that delays can happen. However, to ensure we stay on schedule and respect the time of all our clients:

• If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
• Full service charges will still apply for shortened or missed appointments due to late arrival.
